At Vinnies Online Op Shop, we want you to love your pre-loved finds, but if an item isn't quite right, we offer returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note that as a charity-based shop, all returned items must be in their original dispatched condition with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly written on the outside of the parcel.
Ship to Vinnies
Send your package back to our central processing warehouse using a tracked postal service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus original shipping fees.
